5:30 PM - 6:30 PM: New Students

6:30 PM- 7:30 PM: Red & Blue Belts

7:45 PM- 8:45 PM: Cardio Kickboxing

Tuesday and Thursday

5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Tiny Tigers Class (3,4, and 5 years old)

5:30 PM - 6:30 PM: White and Orange Belts

6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Green and Brown Belts

7:30 PM - 8:30 PM: Adult Class

Friday

5:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Blue and Black Belts

7:45 PM - 8:45 PM: Cardio Kickboxing
